• Are you provided with feedback and progress reports until the item is cleared?

• Do you track reoccurrence? 

• Do you measure the effectiveness of prevention or repair?

• How do you assign items for correction?

• Can you identify defects to the frequency of maintenance or inspection intervals? 

• Can you currently identify failure trends? 

• Is your current system paper based or cloud based?

• Do you track the time taken to correct the item?
