Ask yourself the following:
Is your company regulated or have very specific tasks it must accomplish?
How are these tasks currently defined and administered?
What is the frequency of these requirements and how do you manage that timeline?
Would you define company requirements as being paper based or web based?
How do you verify completion and how often are you receiving this information?
Are you alerted if a required task isn't completed?
If a policy change is 40 pages long how many Managers on your team take the time to read it?
How many retain the information?
Most important, how many will act on it? And how will you know?
